    Installing Atutor with SafeMode On

    Is it possible to install Atutor with Save_Mode = On?
    If Yes, how?
    And what will be the consequences?

    Anything to do with uploading files to the server will not function if installed with safemode on.

    You can disabled that check, so ATutor can be installed, in install/index.php at about lines 98-105.
