Things to describe:
operating system - linux
version of ATutor - 1.5.3
versions of php - 4.4
version of mysq l - 4.1
webserver & version - cpanel 10
copies of error messages - cant open dir: /home/aulavirt/public_html/ATutor/content/7/
changes to default settings -
web browser being used - explorer 6
and anything else relevant - thank you for you excelent product

Hice la instacion de ATutor version 1.5.3.2 trate de subir un backup de la version anterior pero se desconfiguro todo y emezo a salir una lista de errores, desinstale el usuario y bote la base de datos e instale todo de nuevo, hasta ahora todo funciona perfecto excepto los backups

pides a tu abastecedor de servicio si su sistema fue cambi recientemente

y si deseo subir backup sale este error

Hola ya resolvi el problema de poder crear y descargar los backups, pero ahora al tratar de cargar los backups me genera este error
Ocurrieron los siguientes errores:
Fall la recuperacin - el archivo no es un respaldo vliso. Respaldos anteriores a la Versin 1.3 no son admitidas.
The following errors occurred:
Restore failed - file is not a valid backup. Backups older than version 1.3 are not supported.
no se que puede ser el problema, gracias
