    how to install atutor

    i download ATutor-1.5.3.2.tar.gz but i don't found the exe file what i can do?
    can ATutor-1.5.3.2.tar.gz be used with windows xp?
    must i install php, apache before i install the atutor?

    See the installation and requirements documentation.

    You need to install XAMP first, then extract ATutor into the web root directory created for Apache. There is no exe file. You unzip the file, then open a path to it in a web browser to install it.
