    The time is based on the server's time. Change it on the server rather than in ATutor.

    What if I have hosting so I am not able to manage settings of server?

    There isn't an easy way to change the time zone at the moment. It on the list for future development.

    Is there a possibility how to disable showing time easily?
    For example comment some piece of code?

    It can be commented out in:
    themes/default/include/header.tmpl.php
