Installation errors
Greetings,
Installation went OK, login as admin went OK, but when i click the Browse Courses tab (without loggin in), I am getting this at the head of the page (if logged in as admin, then this error does not show and i click same tab):

if i login as admin, and go to USERS tab, i get this:

If i try creating a user from admin, i get this:

any ideas what is going on and how to fix this?

Things to describe:
operating system - UNIX server
version of ATutor - 1.5.3.1
versions of php - 4.3.11
version of mysq l - 5.0.22
webserver & version - ?
copies of error messages - the above
changes to default settings - none other than hidding the /install folder, and CHMODing config.inc.php to read only (644)
web browser being used - IE
and anything else relevant - the personal account created during setup does not work, returns error that combination or user name and password are not valid
