  problem with emails

  I have an problem in sending emails, the emails have been send but they're not readable!
  I install farsi language and set the char_set to windows-1256 both for farsi an English, now when the emails send , they're in unknown format, something like this:
  - : test
  . ATutor ی
  : http://vu.um.ac
  I tested all the encoding from the viwe->encoding in browser but they're still unreadable!!
  can anybody help me to findout what the problem is?

  Try converting the language pack to utf-8, then installing it.
