I am using a PC operating system on a windows platform and have not been able to figure out how to upload MP3 audio files, between 3-15 MB. I want to upload it as a subfolder in my content. Any help would be appreciated.

You'll need to set upload_max_filesize and post_max_size in the server's php.ini file to some value larger than the size of files you want to upload, then have the administrator set to allowable upload size for the course you are trying to upload them to.
If you're referring to the atutor.ca course server, the limit is 8mb.
