    Accessibility features help

If you are asking for help, provide lots of detail so problems can be reproduced.

    Things to describe:
    operating system -
    version of ATutor -1.5.3
    versions of php -
    version of mysq l -4.1.14-nt
    webserver & version -JSAS 1.08
    copies of error messages -
    changes to default settings -
web browser being used - Netcaptor
    and anything else relevant -

The accessibility features only work when I use IExplorer but not with Netcaptor. If I use say Alt-C I get the Netcaptor menus but when I use IExplorer everything works as it should.

The point is that I don't want to use IExplorer. I use Netcaptor or Firefox. Is there a fix or workaround?

    Re: Accessibility features help

This is a problem with the browser, not ATutor. ATutor follows the standards as they are intended to be implemented. Browser vary in their compliance with the standards, so some may not be able to take advantage of various accessibility features. There is nothing that can be done to ATutor to workaround these problems.

Firefox should be fine. It is fairly compliant with the standards. IE is also good with the standards. I am not familiar with Netcaptor, but I am guessing it uses non-standard menu accesskeys.
