i dont know were is created the id and pin for students...
because i put enabled the option "Authenticate Against A Master Student List " but i dont know where are the ID and PIN for the register student

We are still deciding how to best present these, so the language will probably change, and PIN will probably be optionally required and optionally hidden.
The Student ID matches with the master list. The student PIN is an extra field for entering some other custom access code.

Students are automatically sent their login information when an instructor enrolls them in a course. Assuming you have a working email server running, like sendmail.
