  Average Duration

  How do you calculate the average duration in the tool summary? Because I select one tool and see the average duration and then click in Details, sum the durations and the divide into the count of each duration, but the result is not the value that show in the Average Duration column in the page course_tracker.php?stats=summary#show_pages.

  Room for improvement

  Not sure what you are referring to. We admit there is room for improvement in the tracker. We will refine it more in an upcoming release.
