    How is the situation in which you use the term N/A; I don`t understand in which situation you use them.

    Can't calculate

    N/A is used where duration can not be calculated, such as when a user exits ATutor. Duration is based on the difference between timestamps when a page opens and the timestamp of the following page when it opens. If there is no following timestamp duration can not be calculated.

    N/A is also used when time is not relevant, such as when a user logs out.
