    importing a package

    Hi all,
My atutor is all set up and runs well, but I have just received an error when tring to import a second package on one of my courses:

I have successfully imported several content packages but suddenly I am getting the following error message when importing a content package: XML error: not well-formed (invalid token) at line 109. The error message displays on the following file: http://www.etrain.co.uk/at/tools/ims/ims_import.php

I've tried rebuilding the package and adding anothe package but still get the same problem.

the package is smaller than the previous one and it doesn't exceed the file size or course size

    Things to describe:
operating system - Hosted Apache web server
    version of ATutor - 1.5.2
    versions of php - 2.6.4
    version of mysq l - 3.23.56
webserver & version - Appache web server apache-2.0.40; red Hat Linux 9
copies of error messages - XML error: not well-formed (invalid token) at line 109
    changes to default settings -mx file size:2048576;
web browser being used - IE6
and anything else relevant - I have a feeling it's a package problem but I've tried rebuilding the package. I'm using a dreamweaver extension to build my package, which has worked on all other packages.

    Re: importing a package

This is probably a question for the dreamweaver developers (Marcromedia). You might try importing the package into another package authoring tool and see what happens.

    try Reload.

Hi, I am trying the editor you suggested thanks, but as I say, it works with other packages. I will let you know.

    Re: importing a package

    Hi Greg,
I tried the Reload, and for some reason the content didn't show up. So wen bac to my dreamweaver extension. I looked at the menifest file, line 109 as specified in the error. I decided to take out any ampersans in the file names, and to recreate the course because I may have left out the course ID.
that seems to have resolved the issue.
Thanks for your suggestions, as I was looking for SCORM converters and only have the dreamweaver one.
