    Problem Importing Content

    Hi,

I have been trying to import content into a course and the following error presents.

Warning: rename(/hsphere/local/home/simon132/icse.org.au/content/import/5/Array,/hsphere/local/home/simon132/icse.org.au/content/5/ims_content_packaging_sample_-_simple_manifest): No such file or directory in /hsphere/local/home/simon132/icse.org.au/ATutor/tools/ims/ims_import.php on line 525

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /hsphere/local/home/simon132/icse.org.au/ATutor/tools/ims/ims_import.php:525) in /hsphere/local/home/simon132/icse.org.au/ATutor/tools/ims/ims_import.php on line 542

It hasn't happened with all imports but I don't see a pattern.

    Re: Problem Importing Content

If you are asking for help, provide lots of detail so problems can be reproduced.

    Things to describe:
    operating system - Redhat 7.3
    version of ATutor - 1.52
    versions of php - 4.x
    version of mysq l - 3.23.54
webserver & version - appache version unknown
    copies of error messages -
changes to default settings - nil
web browser being used - firefox
and anything else relevant - I have run the patch to reorder the course content and the content has appeared, but the images won't display.

    Cheers,

    Simon

    Re: Problem Importing Content

I have repeatedly read through the post indicated and can find nothing that relates to the problem that I am having.

Has the wrong post been listed?

    Re: Problem Importing Content

I'm guessing the tool you are using to create the package is the source of the problem, or perhaps the paths to the images are not relative paths.

What authoring tool are you using?

Try again attaching the package. Attachments were disabled briefly, so your package did not get attached.

The path in your first message includes "Array" which may be associated with the version of PHP being used. What is the exact version of PHP? It has to be 4.3 or greater.
