Hello, Im having problems with an Atutor install on a
Windows 2003 Server Running IIS 6, PHP 5, MSQL 5
The installation went well, and finished properly, but when I selected to login and begin, the login page loaded but the screen stayed white.
I refreshed, waited, changed to index.php in the home directory, but all the same thing. The page loads, but there is nothing displayed.
Can you help?

Before anyone asks, I have tried the http://www.atutor.ca/view/3/6656/1.html solution, including removing the exit string in header.inc.php with no sucess.

Your include/config.inc.php file appears to be broken. It may not have been written properly during the install. This seems to be a windows problem. Either try editing the file manually, or try reinstalling.

It also appears as if your webserver is not configured to display index.php as a default.
If you can, use Apache instead of IIS.
