  Hoe do I change Dispaly Names

  Hoe do I change Display Names of the upper navigation tabs and the name that appear under the icons on the home page.
  
  For instance:
  
  Links ( I want to make it Web resources for instance)
  Directory ( I want to make it members)
  Howe do I do that? :(

  Use the Language manager. Turnon translation as described in the langage manager.
