    Status of this error message

Has anyone any insight on what I can try/do to eliminate this error? I went so far as to completely delete all folders, database, etc and did a new install. Still got the error message.

One additional item that may be of interest is the content directory is outside of the html path for security reasons (a recommendation found on the ATutor site). Could this be causing the error?

    Thanks

    Backup Problems

Thanks to all for your help, but the problem resolved itself after my hosting provider suffered a server crash.

I had to reinstall the software and upload my test course and suddenly the backup function began to work.

Not sure what was wrong, but all appears to be functional.

Again thanks to everyone for their help.

    Johnny
