I updated the ATutor to the new version, but now the ATutor codes used in the courses appear in clear text ( [important] etc...) and not as pictures anymore. What can I do about it?
2. Is there a way to export tests like one can export content?

Sorry. Many codes were creating content display problems so we removed them all. You will need to manually remove them from your content for now.
We (or someone) will likely create a tool in the future to upload content icons, etc.
2. You can export tests as part of a course backup. Then restore the backup into the course where you want the tests, choosing only test items when you restore.
Sometime in the future, a QTI conformant test import/export tool will be added.
