charset in mail function
E-Mail message is sent from /iclude/lib/course.inc.php.
How I can change the default charset (ISO) of the message body to "charset=windows-1251" is there such variable? Thanks.

version of ATutor - 1.4.3
versions of php - 5.03
version of mysq l - 4.1
webserver & version - Apache 2.0
copies of error messages - no
changes to default settings -
web browser being used - IE
and anything else relevant -
