    Problem with backups

    Hi,

    Things to describe:
    operating system - RedHat 9
    version of ATutor - 1.5
versions of php - php 4.2.2
version of mysq l - default mysql installed on RedHat 9
    webserver & version - Apache 2.0
web browser being used - IE 6.0

I create a backup of my course, but when I download it I notice that it's corrupt and can't be unzipped properly. However, I check the created zip file at CONTENT_DIR/backups/ directory of server and It seems without problem and can be extracted correctly.

Please help me solve this problem.
    Thank you in advance.

    XP Specific

There have been several reports of such a problem. In most cases the person is using winxp when they try to unzip the backup (which you should not need to do). The problem does not seem to occur on other systems.

We probably won't attempt to fix this, since it seems to be winxp specific, unless someone wanted to submit a fix.
