    File Manager problems

Hi! I am new to ATutor. I have it installed on my website at http://www.bedtymetales.com/atutor and I am trying to upload files with the file manager but no matter what I do I am not able to view the files once they are uploaded. Also I am not able to view graphics or any html when I create it using the editor when creating the questions. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Where's your content directory?

If your content/ directory is located outside your ATutor installation, move it into your ATutor directory, adjust the path to the directory, AT_CONTENT_DIR in include/config.inc.php, then set AT_FORCE_GET_FILE to false in that file.

    Viewing HTML problems

Hi! Thanks for your help with the directory problem. That worked. I am now able to view files I have uploaded. However, I am still not able to view HTML that I have created using the editor. It is still coming out as HTML code. I would appreciate your help in this matter.

    Turn on html

Turn on html if you are using it in your content. Next to the visual editor button in the content editor.

    HTML Editor

Hi and thank you for your response. However, I must be blind because I do not see a link in the content editor that says visual editor. Maybe I am trying to do something that is not possible. I want to insert graphics into the question fields that I am creating using the create new question choice.

    test editor

The test question editor has the link "Editor" to turn on the HTML editor. The Content Editor has a button call "Switch to Visual Editor" under the Content tab.

Yes you can insert image using the test question "Editor"
