cant create courses and other items

Things to describe:
operating system - Linux - Fedora Core 2 -
version of ATutor - 1.5
versions of php - 4.3.8
version of mysq l - 3.23.58
webserver & version - Apache/2.0.51 (Fedora)
copies of error messages -

changes to default settings - none (Fresh Install)
web browser being used - IE
and anything else relevant - none

After I create Test and student had tested, I can't make test
In page "tools/tests/results.php" show warning following:
