This is weird...ATutor setup is reporting that the /include/config.inc.php file is wrieable AND it lists an error that it can't write to the file. I've checked/rrechecked the directory/file permissions (Windows AND IIS), and that directory/file is accessible and can be edited.
Advice?

Still no joy on my home system; however, I was able to get ATutor installed from the exact same package I downloaded at home on my PC at work (exact same setup as my home system). The only difference is I prepared for the config.inc.php writeability up-front rather than after it errored out. When I get home tonight, I'll try totally replacing the ATutor installation and see if I can't get it to work there also.
