    Not individual pages

You would need to import you HTML pages as ATutor content pages if you wanted the tracker to record views. The tracker will not otherwise record pages that are not part of ATutor content.

It appears to be a common issue

This appears to be a common issue. A few of our instructors have complained for the same thing. I guess that even more face this problem, but find the way out themselves.

Besides, some of the users tend to paste whole HTML files (generated with external editors) into Body fields in content and even to fields in question forms. The latter causes the system to incorrectly display the questions in /tools/tests/questions.php

Greg, you might consider stressing this in you help system or, possibly, in help boxes.
