    Installation step 1 wont advance to step 2

    Hello, I am unable to get past step 1 in the installation. I have MYSQL and PHP and Apache all running fine (on W2k3) - full below. I think it is OK because I have another LMS called Moodle running OK - that also uses MySQL with PHP and Apache. It is working fine.

    If I go in my browser to http://localhost:8080/Atutor I get the Atutor screen that detacts I have not installed ATutor. I click to continue on to the installation and get this (edited) (all are ticked OK except the file size variables which have question marks):

    * Detected: Apache/1.3.33 (Win32) PHP/4.3.11
    * Detected: PHP 4.3.11
    --with zlib Enabled
    --with mysql Enabled
    --safe_mode Disabled
    -- file uploads Enabled
    ----- upload_max_filesize Detected: 10MB?
    ------post_max_size Detected: 10MB
    ------ session.save_path must exist and be writable Detected: C:/tmp - writable
    * MySQL Detected: Found Unknown Version

    I then click "Install" and it goes to the Step 1 "Terms of Use" page. However, when I click "I accept" it just stays on the same page and doesn't advance to step 2.
