Im a beginner with SQL programming...need an ERD for a DVD rental service...can only think of customer, staff, and probably video entity types...can anyone give me more?

Things to describe:
operating system -
version of ATutor -
versions of php -
version of mysq l -
webserver & version -
copies of error messages -
changes to default settings -
web browser being used -
and anything else relevant -
