    operating system - LINUX
    version of ATutor - Current Stable version
    versions of php - 4.3.9
    version of mysq l - 4.0.22
    webserver & version - APACHE 1.3.33
    copies of error messages - See attachment
    changes to default settings - Cache directory and home page
    web browser being used - Tried IE 6 and Mozilla Firefox
    and anything else relevant - N/A

    Turn off debugging

    Turn off debugging at the top of include/vitals.inc.php
