Unable to Launch after Clear Install

I do not have a file as described below. Did I miss something during the installation procedure (which I got a clear on).

Warning: main(include/vitals.inc.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/emortgag/public_html/ATutor/index.php on line 19

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'include/vitals.inc.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/emortgag/public_html/ATutor/index.php on line 19.

    info?

It is difficult to help without information about the system Please provide the information asked for when you post a message to this forum.

I'm guessing it is a permission problem on your server. Contact your service provider for help on setting permissions.

Replace the vitals.inc.php file with a fresh copy.
    http://atutorsvn.rcat.utoronto.ca/repos/atutor/tags/atutor_1_4_3/docs/include/vitals.inc.php

Or Reinstall. If the vitials.inc.php file is not found, there is something wrong with the server setup or a file has been corrupted.

We will need to see the installation to help further. Send us a URL to where your installation would be if it were working.

    Thanks

Greg - I was able to get things to work after modifying the file and folder properties myself. Is there a resource that specifies what roles user, group and world should have to protect my system?

Also I started another thread dealing with an array that appears at the bottom of every page. Other than that I really prefer the layout to that of Moodle.

    Thanks,

    Mark
