    Exporting Importing inside Atutor

    IHi
I am trying to use some material of one course into another,
So I exported the content using the EXPORT LINK.
The content I exported has some Links to some jpg images.
    -----------------------------------------------------
The data in the Original Course is:
In the HTML the reference is :
    <img src="Help_Atutor/image.jpg" border=5/>

In the Folder administrator I see
    Inicio/Atutor_Help/image.jpg
    -------------------------------------------------------

When I import the content, in another curse, the app puts all the images, in a new folder with the name of the orginal course
    ------------------------------------------------
The data in the Imported Course is
In the Folder administator I see:
    Inicio/Course_name/Atutor_Helo/image.jpg

but de html still has the link to the same direction
<img src="Help_Atutor/image.jpg" border=5/> so it cant find the images.
    ------------------------------------------------
is this a bug,or I am doing something wrong?

The version of a Tutor is 1.4.2 running in Linux.
    Thanks.

    Re: Let us see

The path to the image is right, as is the folder that gets created when you import a content package. Something about your system is not interpreting paths to subdirecties in your filemanager.

You had sent us access information to your ATutor installation. But there is nothing at the URL include with the information.

If possible you should be using ATutor 1.4.3.

    More info

I am sending the info to my app by mail,

I am not usig 1.4.3., becausse I am waiting for the spanish version.
As soon it will be ready I will install it.
About the info , I am not understandig well what is goign on
Are both ot the direcotries ok, and the app must understand that theres is a new Folder in between the Inicio Folder ant the Atutor_help Folder?, and resolve this automatically?
    Thanks you
    Jose

    volunteer to translate

You could volunteer to finish up the few items left for the Spanish 1.4.3 language pack. In MyATutor request a translator account.

We are going to need access to your system to try to resolve the problem, if upgrading to 1.4.3 does not correct it.

You did send me access information but it was incorrect.

    accent breaks the path

The problem is the in the title of the course. This was a bug in ATutor 1.4.2 and is fixed in 1.4.3.

Until you have upgraded your system, if you want to export content, remove the from the course title, export your content, then put to back in the title.

    thanks Greg
I will help in the translation during the week,.
Another problem I have , is that is very usuall that the app hangs ( the browser is waiting for a response of the server)
THe only way to restart te app, is to shut down the browser and start it again
Isthis a usuall problem of the app? Do you have any idea

    Where does it hang?

It is unlikely that ATutor would be responsible for your system hanging. It is more likely a browser issues or perhaps a connectivity issue with your ISP.

What browser and version are you using.

If there are specific screens that causes your system to hang we will look more closely at those screen if you can list them. If it is a general occurance, then it is probably not ATutor that is causing the problem.
