multiple lessons being inserted for one submission
This just started happening when we migrated everythign over to new servers
we have two separate servers running (one web, one db)
they are both windows 2000 running IIS 5.0.
Every once in a while, when an instructor submits the page for "add content" the system hangs for a bit, and then gives a "page can not be displayed" error. If they hit the back button and then refresh the form page, the nav tree on the right shows about 20 of the new courses added (all with the same name and different records). They do all indeed get inserted into the AT_content table as different rows....
I have no idea where to even begin to troubleshoot this problem. All of the windows logs look normal (application, security, server). The only other strange thing I've noticed with this install is that phpMyAdmin runs slowly for some page calls...but not sure if that's related or not.
any ideas?
