    Problem with exporting

    1. ATutor 1.4.2
    2. Windows
    3. Apache 1.3.27
    4. php 4.3.3 MySQL 4.0.15
    5. Mozilla Firefox 1.0, Internet Explore 6
    6. I have root access
    7. Installing Atutor, creating instructor account, login, try to exporting welcome course or all another course, .zip file dont open, importing and have very small size.
    8. installed EasyPHP1-7

    Unable to reproduce

    I'm guessing you are using WinXP and trying to open with Winzip. This is a known issue, we are unable to resolve. Use a different zip program, like WinRar.

    If that's not the problem, we'll need more detail.

    I use Win XP and 7-Zip.
    Package that creat ATutor dont importing to ATutor, but all another Package(from tile repository) importing.

    When i importing ATutors package this will appear:
    Error : PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    Anybody home :)

    When i click export backup, the output .zip file borrow only 985 bytes (its ATutor_HowTo_1.4.2 and must have 1.5 mb).

    Unable to resolve

    The winxp zip problem is not something we can currently resolve.

    We will attempt to create a workaround for for the winxp bug in a future version.
