  failed opening required includevitalsincphp

  Installing on raq4 with apache-1.3.33, mysql-3.23.54, and php-4.3.1 with zlib. Tried opening localhost/ATutor for the first time and received this error.
  
  Fatal error: Failed opening required 'include/vitals.inc.php' (include_path='') in /home/sites/home/web/atutor/index.php on line 19
  
  Help.!!

  Other problem

  If ATutor can not find the vitals.inc.php file, either the download was corrupted or there are other problems with the configuration of your system. Make sure the document root is properly define in your apache conf file.
  
  Try reinstalling a fresh download of ATutor, and if that fails reinstall Apache/PHP.
