  Installation of language file problem

  I have a problem wo install any language file.
  I download it, and then I will import this, bit the file upload doesn't stop.
  
  the language.cvs will be create (of user wwwrun; grp www) other files are ownt by user(...,grp www)
  System is a suse 8.1 mysql 4 php 4.0.
  
  File Upload to course contents and creating of directory there works fine.

  Manual install languages

  It is possible to install languages manually if you know how to import the CSV file, or perhaps create and SQL file out of it.
  
  Re your PHP version, ATutor will not function properly using PHP 4.0. PHP 4.2 is the minimum, prefereably 4.3+.
