HELP so far no response from anyone on this issue in other forums

    Hi,

    I"m running ATutor on a Win2003 Server, IIS5, PHP 4.0.3 and MySQL4.0.21 - it works fine, except:

When a form is submitted such as a login, or a new course is added, etc. the following page states:

    CGI Error
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.

Now, if i simply press the "refresh" button, everything is fine, however this must be done every single time! Information is sent to the database, the form actions work but after submission they generate this message - all file permissions and scripts appear to be set up correctly.

    PHP Version

PHP 4.2 is the minimum requirement, prefereably PHP 4.3+. You will need to upgrade.
