Wrong section numbering
I am using ATutor1.4.1 with Apache/1.3.31 PHP/4.3.9. Earlier I was using Apache/2.0.40 PHP 4.2.2. MySQL is Ver 11.18 Distrib 3.23.54
The "Gobal Menu" has following section numbers, which are correct.

1 Overview
2 Programming
2.1 Basics

But, on clicking any section (except 1), the pages opened show incorrect section. Like 2.1 on Global Menu appears as 4.1, 6 on Global Menu as 8 and so on. Only 1 appears as 1.
It is quite possible that I may have added and removed many section and subsections.
How I can make both matching?
