Creating Course Content Malfunction

    Creating Course Content Malfunction

Just installed Atutor 1.4.2 with what seemed like a clean install.

However, when I create a new course, "Add Add Announcement" seems to work, but "Add Content" malfunctions. When content is placed in the "Title" (i.e Introduction) and "Body" fields of "edit_content.php" an the "Save Changes" button is clicked, the Page URL changes to "/edit_content.php?cid=0" and produces a "The page cannot be displayed" error.

If I navigate back to the "index.php", there are 55 instances of the title "Introduction" in the "Global Menu"

If I click one of these links (i.e. the first one) get "Directory Listing Denied
This Virtual Directory does not allow contents to be listed." for the for URL "....ATutor/?cid=139&g=3"

Any insite or assitance as to what's wrong or misconfigured would be appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

    Creating Course Content Malfunction

    I am on a Win2K server, MySQL 4.0.18 nt, PHP version: 4.3.0, IE 6.0

I figured it out. If you do not have the "Close after saving" Check box checked when one is adding or editing content, if fowls up. Bug maybe???

Now my delema is, I get "Warning: mysql_fetch_assoc(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in c:\inetpub\wwwroot\Intranet2\LearningForum\ATutor\include\html\dropdowns\users_online.inc.php on line 36" in the "Users on Line" section of all user's pages: Admin, Student, or Instructor.

    What's with that?

    RE: Warning: mysql_fetch_assoc():

For whatever reason, the "users_online" table was missing and that's the reason for the "Warning: mysql_fetch_assoc(): " message. As soon as I created the table, all is well.

    Course Content Creating bug -

I am also experiencing this bug - when creating course content - if the "Close after saving" checkbox is UN-checked - about 25 topics are created.

I am using ATutor 1.5.1 Windows 2000 Server, MySQL 4.1.15, and PHP 4.3.4.

Is there a fix to this issue?

    Thanks,

    Todd
