Can you explain what you are trying to accomplish, that you can not do with the current functionality.
It is possible as an admin to login to a course as the course's instructor. See the section on managing courses in the Administrators section of ATutor HowTo. -

Hi Greg, thank's for your support.
I need to merge the admin and instructor rights because i need to create a "super user" that has the rights to admin all the platform and all the courses.
I know that the admin can automatically switch to instructor account. but my goal is exactly to remove this auto-switch and let the admin manage directly the courses (remaining logged as admin). -

Admin is a super user
Given the admin can log into courses to manage them, the functionality you need is there, albeit with an extra step to access courses.
You can not merge admin and instructor rights. A direct admin login is not something we would consider adding.
The other possibility is to have all your courses owned by one instructor, and use role and privileges in the enrolment manager to assign instructor privilieges to others.
