Blank page after moving atutor to new server
Hi Team,
I am moving the following specified atutor on a new centos 7 machine and have dumped the sql file, changed the data directory path in config file still atutor shows a blank page, Kindly assist me to resolve this

and the error_log says Wed PHP Warning: require(include/../themes/bluetabs1/theme.cfg.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /var/www/html/em2016/include/vitals.inc.php on line 257
