  Permissions

  I'm running into permission issues. First, when I click on Create User Account, it responds You don't have permission to access this area. Then when I tried to create a course, similar message. See Below. I am definitely logged in as a Super Administrator. I assume I need to tell my ISP to change permissions or whitelist, but need to know what to tell them. TIA

  ATutor version -2.2.2
  Patch #s applied -
  ATutor theme name -
  PHP version - 5.4.45
  MySQL version - 10.1.18-MariaDB-cll-lve
  Webserver & version - Apache 2.2.31
  Copies of error messages - Access to course2.pd4music.com was denied
  
  You don't have authorization to view this page.
  
  Changes to default settings -
  Web browser being used - Chrome
  ...and anything else relevant -

  I'd guess it is a server setting, but its difficult to say. This is not an issue we typically encounter.
  
  Check permissions, see the webserver access log and php error log and see if there are any clues there.
