    Forum into page content

Please how I can insert/embed a Forum inside page content.

In versions prior to 2.0 I think it was on the menu editing content select a button that allowed the Forum and choosing a Test.

I can not find how to do it in version 2.2.1. Attached screenshots I made with version 2.0 or earlier, but now can not find the way

    Things to describe:
Operating system ATutor is installed on -
    ATutor version - 2.2.1
    ATutor theme name - blumin

    Re: Forum into page content

I'm not certain why it is not showing up for you. It appears between the Files and External Tools buttons in the content editor. I've attached a screenshot.

    Re: Forum into page content

Thanks Greg. I have reviewed the issue with 2 other browsers (Firefox and Edge) and even with another PC, but it is very strange: I see that the problem is only in a course I am creating new. the "Forums" button is not visible in the new course, but in the courses created and even can create new content pages with forums, but not in the new course.

This occurs in 2 PCs with Chrome, Firefox and Edge. It's very strange because it appears in all the courses created but not new.

Could it be a problem in the database ATutor?

I will try to create another course "x" and I mention the result.

    Best Regards,

    Mario

    Re: Forum into page content

It's more likely a javascript issue, than a database issue, though I'm not certain. You could try debugging the javascript using something like Firebug with Firefox.

See if you can reproduce the problem on our demo site.

    Re: Forum into page content

    Dear Greg,

I have no idea what it is. If it works in all courses, why not work only in one?

Some years ago I could not embed content with pdf, and we solve it like this: http://www.atutor.ca/view/7/20630/1.html

Now I apply a solution that does not use any administrator LCMS: I created a new course (copying the pages, again creating forums ...) and everything works "normal".

You can laugh or delete my account ATutor community; but it works!

    Thanks Greg!

    Re: Forum into page content

I was editing the entire course again, it was all perfect (with the button to insert Forums on some pages of content), until again I go back and have the same problem disappears the button on the page to create/edit content.

This happens when I have to edit one page of content with WYSIWYG mode or has occurred after I change the name of the course and upload a custom icon in the properties of the course.

The problem occurs with the 3 browsers (Chrome, Firefox and Edge) in 3 different PCs.

It is always in the same course. This problem does not occur in other courses (previously created).

Please, any way to solve the problem of loading some files ATutor again?

    Best Regrads,

    Mario

    Re: Forum into page content

Please help! the problem reoccurs always on the same course; also ceased to be listed with the codes \"<ol> or \"<ul> although I have already corrected the file ccs.php of theme Blumin

    Re: Forum into page content

Can you rephrase that. I'm not sure what you're asking.

    Re: Forum into page content

    1. forums button to insert does not appear in the edition of one of the courses. In all, yes, but one not.

    2. The lists <ol> and <ul> edited but not the bullet numbers do not appear on content pages. This was fixed in version 2.2 correcting the file css.php of theme Blumin https://github.com/atutor/ATutor/blob/master/themes/blumin/styles.css#L1175 - but this solution does not work in version 2.2.1

Attached screen shots of two different courses.

    Things to describe:
    ATutor version - 2.2.1
    ATutor theme name - Blumin
