Hi,
I am using atutor for about 16.000 person in our school. But when we have a traffic in our visitors, the name of users and their course is different to its original and user must press CTRL+F5 to refresh .
Please Help.

I'm not sure how this is happening, nor can we reproduce it.
If you are asking for help, provide lots of detail so problems can be reproduced.

I don't have a good answer for you, unfortunately.
You could try checking the write permissions on the directory sessions get save to. The directory will be defined in the system's php.ini file as session.save_path.
