Hi, I just found out about ATutor. Been using Moodle for years and world like to change LMS.
Can you please let me know if:
- the video resources can be loaded in MP4 format (90% of my learning material is video)
- if the layout is fully responsive
- are there premium themes to choose from for the layout

Yes, video can be loaded, though we typically recommend using an external video service like YouTube or Vimeo, then linking your videos into the content. This will prevent issues when creating backups or transferring content between courses or between servers. Very large courses with lots of video run the risk of breaking when moved. This is typical of any LMS.
The layout is fully responsive.
There are about 10 themes to choose from, included with ATutor. You also have the option of creating your own themes.
