    200 Stream not found error

    Things to describe:
    Operating system ATutor is installed on - Linux 3.12.35.1418868052
    ATutor version - 2.2(unknown - 2015-07-01 02:09:53)
    Patch #s applied - gg0005
    ATutor theme name - Default 2.2
    PHP version - 5.4.40
    MySQL version - 5.5.42-37.1-log
    Webserver & version -
    Copies of error messages -
    Changes to default settings -
    Web browser being used - Chrome, Firefox, IE
    ...and anything else relevant -

    Hi,
    I get the error of running some mp4 video files as below.
    200. Stream not found. NetStream Play StreamNotFound, clip:[Clip]"http://dershanen.com/dershanen/get.php/videoclipler/ekoloji-001.mp4"

    It runs properly if I open the file in a new tab or page from the "Files" section in editing content page, but not clicking on the video player on the content page.

    Furthermore, Some other mp4 videos work properly on other content pages.

    I need help.

    It still continues. I think it depends on the file size. Over 15 mb it produces 200. stream not found error I need urgent help.

    I cheked my servers error log and found the error below

    Greg, I told the server support and they say it may be beause tof the script. The talk is lke below.

    the video on the address "http://dershanen.com/dershanen/content.php?cid=901" produces the error. but the video on the address "http://dershanen.com/dershanen/content.php?cid=900" runs properly.

    I'm not sure what to tell you, that just seems like a problem with the site's URL. Are you just able to link to the =900 video instead of the =901 video?

    the first video file 44.08 MB the scond one is 16.8 MB

    Is this a custom coded site, or do you use a website builder, like WordPress or Joomla?

    I mean when I click on the firts video it produces 200. stream not found.

    This looks to be a problem with the script itself, since one video works but the other does not. The file's size shouldn't effect that as far as I can tell. Unfortunately we're not going to be able to do much as your host, I would recommend looking into this with http://www.atutor.ca/forums , somebody may be experiencing the same problem.

    Really I need yoru help

    Did you follow the instructions in the FAQs to increase the allowable file size?

    Yes, it could be the result of the file size.

    So should I do to run the mp4 files over 15MB on flowplayer? I need help.

    Did you follow the instructions in the FAQ?

    15MB should be fine, though it is always preferable to load your video into a service like Youtube, or another video service provider, then use the embed code to display the video in your content.

    I was doing so before. But when the government banned to access to youtube for a while, none of the videos link worked. So I prefered uploading the video files into the server. :)
