I am trying to start with the development of the a new course, there must be something I am missing. I see the trial to see a developed course, though the link to start? Thank you in advance for your guidance.

It looks like you many have setup your ATutorSpaces site during a short period when bug appeared, causing no free course space to be created.
To resolve the problem log into the main site:
https://www.atutorspaces.com
Click on MySpaces then Service, and cancel the service you setup.
Then go to Prices & Plans again and recreate your site.
