  Problem with Enrollment Tab

  Hi everyone,
  
  Please help me.
  When I clicked on Enrollment tab, nothing is under the enrollment tab.
  Please see the screenshot below.
  How could I fix it? Thanks!

  Changes to default settings -

  I would suggest you start by looking at the php_error.log for you system.
