In previous versions when student asking to enroll in a "private course", the instructor received an email with the text: "A new enrollment request has-been made course for your *%s*."
In version 2.2 any email announcing to instructor that someone is waiting so approved registration (instructor no received the email).
2) When the instructor approves the registration, the student receives an email with an error in the body of the text:
Subject of the email is ok
Other emails (forums, messages between students and instructors, request for help ...) seem to be working well.
