After I did the upgrade from 1.6 to the current version, all my courses are there but when I click on the course, it doesn't go anywhere?

Dump all ATutor related cookies from your browser, and restart the browser.

I cleared all the cookies and restarted browser but no luck. I also created a new course to see if I can go into that one from the start page and no luck as well.

Does clicking a course link on MyStart and Browse Courses produce the same problem?
Which theme are you using?
What Web server are you using?
Are you able to get to course as an admin user?
Have you tried different browsers?

Yes Greg, on both will generate the same problem.
I'm using a custom theme. As far as WebServer, it's an Apache and I've tried IE,Chrome, and Firefox and all have the same issue. The user being used is the Admin as well.

If its a custom theme you created for the old 1.6.2, that's likely the problem. Try with a couple of the themes included with ATutor 2.1.1.
Theme changed at ATutor 2.0, and will need to be recreated for the 2.0+ series.
