    backup restore error

    Hi
We moved webhost and the install of ATutor appears to be working ok but when restoring a backup, I get the error: Error : PCLZIP_ERR_MISSING_FILE (-4) : Missing archive file '/home/mycourse/html/ATutor/content/backups/91/ed9b3b3c727edb22774a5a23eb63b1c8.zip'

This appears to refer to our old host - and I don't have a copy of this file. Any ideas ? We need to upload other backups too.
    Cheers
    Jim

    Re: backup restore error

Firstly, ATutor 1.6.1 is very old, not supported for a couple years now. If you have an opportunity to upgrade, that may fix the problem. Newer versions of PHP do not always work with older versions of ATutor.

Or, you can check to be sure php is compiled with the zlib library, and check to be sure the content/ and content/backups/ directories are writable. If you're not sure how, your system administrator should be able to help.

    Re: backup restore error

    OK - thanks Greg

We've been desperate to upgrade but we couldn't get shell access with our previous host and they seriously messed our website after moving it to a new server (without informing us first) - hence the move.

We now have shell access with our new host - upgrade on the way !

    Cheers
    Jim
