    Re: error in search.php

You might see if the same problem occurs when using other themes, assuming perhaps the customization you've made have broken something.

If the same errors do not occur, then you might get a fresh copy of the IDI theme, and try it again. If you unzip the ATutor bundle again, somewhere outside your current working version, you can copy the theme over from there.

    Re: error in search.php

Unfortunately we need to be able to reproduce the problem before we can investigate.

If you are asking for help, provide lots of detail so problems can be reproduced.

    Things to describe:
Operating system ATutor is installed on - CentOS 6.4 Enterprise Linux x86
    ATutor version - 2.1.1
    Patch #s applied - none
    ATutor theme name - Default
    PHP version - 5.4
    MySQL version - 5.0.96
Webserver & version - 16 Core AMD Opteron Processor 6376
Copies of error messages - Fatal error: Call to a member function assign() on a non-object in /home/summerla/public_html/summerschool/ATutor/include/footer.inc.php on line 44

Fatal error: Call to a member function getLanguage() on a non-object in /home/summerla/public_html/summerschool/ATutor/include/html/search.inc.php on line 322
Changes to default settings - None
Web browser being used - Chrome
    ...and anything else relevant -

I'm having the same problem as the other person who posted in 2013. It is probably something to do with the language file that is corrupting the code.

    Re: error in search.php

I'd suggest starting with a fresh copy. I'm unable to reproduce the problem.
