When you 1st going on the site you see this "New UserIf you do not have an account on this system, please create a new account by clicking on the Register Button below."
I trying editing in the site administration area using Editor and save it but it don't update the information on the site try other browsers and phone I am using ATutor 2.1.1

I'm unable to reproduce the problem. New account registration seems to work as it should. See if you can reproduce the problem on our demo site, and if you can, detail the steps so we can create the problem ourselves.

Go on to the demo website
enter login information
On administration home page go down and look for System Preferences then click on Languages
On Languages page click on Editor
Make sure template is selected
Look for >>>>
If you do not have an account on this system, please create a new account by clicking on the Register Button below. <<<<<
Edit and save it
log out
Go back to demo home page nothing change

There does seem to be a problem there, though it happens inconsistently. I can reproduce the problem on the demo site, on cindy's local system, but not on my local system, all of which have the identical code.
I've made a note about the problem for now. We'll look into it when we're done with our current commitments. In the meantime, if you discover what's causing the problem, please post you research here.

Do you know any other way i can edit it or find where the file with all the words?

All language is in the database.
The other way of modifying language is to use the translator tool. It becomes available after setting translate mode on manually by editing the include/vitals.inc.php file near the top.
