    Help install

    Hi:)

    I'm fresh new and tring to install ATutor on my windows 2000 server, but was stocked at:
    Step 3: Administrator Account & System Preferences

    When I click next, it was just stock in the page.

    My system is window 2000 server with:
    - Apache WebServer Version 1.3.29
    - PHP Script Language Version 4.3.4
    - MySQL Database Version 4.0.16
    - Zend Optimizer Version 2.1.0a

    My ATutor is at
    http://web.ntjcpa.edu.tw/atutor/
    but not yet install successfully.

    Thanks for your help.
